Return and Refund Policy

"Itsmyway Gift" prides itself as a reputed personalized products company having more than 2 decades of experience servicing customers. Customers appreciate that our products are of personalized nature and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence "Itsmyway Gift" accepts Replacements and Refunds if they meet the following criterion. 

"Itsmyway Gift" values its customer experiences very seriously and should there be a manufacturing defect, transit damage or any other shortcoming from our side, every effort will be made to meet the shortcoming by means of either Refund or Replacement. Please note that a package opening video is required to claim a refund. Refunds will be processed promptly based on the merit assessment by team "Itsmyway Gift". For Replacements, kindly allow us the standard processing time of the product. 

“Itsmyway Gift” provide 7 day return policy only if the products are damaged by the courier company not the customer. We need a proper video of the unboxing of the product then only the return will be considered. Else we don’t provide any return. And the replacement for the damaged product will be delivered within 6-7 days.  And in case of refund initiated it will be refunded to the original payment method within 10-13 business days

Order Cancellation Policy

"Itsmyway Gift" understands that customers may want to cancel their orders due to inadvertent error while placing orders or sudden change in plans . As most of the orders on "Itsmyway Gift" are of Personalised nature and are processed immediately on receipt, the customer understands that an order may be Cancelled only if the valid Payment has been received and the Processing of the order has not reached a stage where "Itsmyway Gift" has already committed the order for Personalisation. Such Cancellation will be processed promptly and Amount received will be refunded in 2 working days with relevant deductions (if any). The customer agrees to respect the decision of "Itsmyway Gift" in this regard. Orders received without valid payment will be Cancelled automatically unless the same has been accepted for Cash On Delivery service.
