For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 7 working days  Please note that failed transaction means, “Itsmyway Gifts” do not receive the amount and therefore support for such transactions are ideally provided by your Bank/Card Provider. We shall be happy to help within our limits in such cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For those who prefer cash transactions, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option. A minimal fee of Rs 99 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher, is applicable.
